In 2003 CIC developed a new system that enveloped our desire to succeed along with the resolve to provide our customers with top-quality service. SQAT stands for our Services Quality Assurance Team. SQAT has presented a new set of challenges to achieve quality thresholds by creating a competitive atmosphere amongst our manages.

A SQAT survey measures key proponents of cleanliness and maintenance and assigns a numerical value to each. When the annual scores are talied, the manager with the highest score is rewarded. Company standards encourage managers to maintain the annual average at or above the 90th percentile, and staff are rewarded annually upon achieving those objectives.
